For the C.D.W policy (like dangerous, careless or negligent driving, off road driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances) to be in effect, the customer must not violate the existing Highway Code. The Car Rental Company must be informed immediately from the place of the incident.
We offer to replace your vehicle with another in case of malfunction.
There is extra charge for any additional drivers. The driver must also have a valid driving license and a passport or ID card.
The amount of fuel you receive the car with, is the same amount the car should have when returned. For example, if you hire the car half full, you should return it half full.
You will not be charged extra in case of delayed pick-up due to delayed arrival at the airport/port.
The customer is liable for charges to replace missing or damaged keys.
The tickets and fines collected during rental period are the renter's liability. The car rental company must be informed of any traffic violation or tickets. For negligent driving, drunk driving, driving under the influence of illegal substances, driving in restricted countries/areas, and for any incidents or damages due to the above, the renter is fully liable for all charges. Renting a car is done under the essential condition that it will be used on the island of Crete. The cars cannot be used off road or on the beach. Damage from malicious or heavily negligent actions, or damage on the underside of the car, are not covered by the car's insurance.
There is no charge if the customer cancels a reservation, but you are requested to inform us as soon as possible.
Pets are allowed only after request by email or phone before the reservation.
